This station is actually quite nice, very clean and well looked after! Bonus that it is in the Westfield shopping centre too!

Nice park area with good views across the water and of the Statue of Liberty.

Balto Statue
Nice statue, worth a visit!
Shame the statue doesn’t give the recognition to the dog that it’s based on, instead there is a very generic inscription referring to all service dogs!

Statue Cruises
The organisation at the terminal in battery park is total and utter chaos, there is no form of queue and everyone just pushes a shoves to the front! Even cows being herded are better treated than this!
The staff here have no clue and don’t seem very helpful at all!
If it was for the fact that this seems to be the only way to get to the Statue of Liberty I’d recommend not using them

City Hall Park
There’s some pretty cool sculptures here, nice little park and some interesting architecture nearby, including city hall.
Plenty of seating to take a nice break form the stresses.
A short walk form the world trade memorial too.
