I visited the Nature's Discount Store in Bridge Street Mall on Thursday 30th, the customer service Rep. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the product that I was seeking. Ryan even remembered that I had visited the store before which was my first time visiting the store then. That is a very good attribute to have, know your customer. Ryan's service was excellent. Obviously, I will be visiting the store whenever I need a product.
