Stift Nonnberg
A working abbey that happens to be the filming location for the sound of music exterior shots of the abbey gate. Lovely that it can be visited, but it is quite the hike.
Domplatz
Wonderful square in front of the Salzburg cathedral, with a stunning sculptural element in the center.
Alexander von Humboldt Monument
Cool statue in Central Park, well maintained grounds.
World Trade Center
Beautiful tribute fountains and museum on the grounds where the World Trade Center twin towers once stood.
Pulitzer Fountain
Austere fountain near Central Park with well maintained grounds and old world looking adornments. Certainly worth a walk by.
