There is so much history here to learn about & explore in the galleries. Don't forget to visit the LeBreton Gallery before you leave the building to see all the tanks, field guns and associated hardware. 4 to 5 hrs is required to go through all the exhibits thoroughly. Stop, pay attention, read & reflect is required to truly appreciate the history of warfare in Canada and this expansive collection of artifacts. Handy underground parking for $2.75 / hr and an elevator ride to just inside the lobby is very convenient! Use your Expedia Rewards points to save on admission fees ($3 vs $25)!

Exploring the Canadian National Museum of War was a delightful experience. As a tourist, plan to spend at least 2-3 hours to fully appreciate the exhibits. However, if you have a keen interest in history, particularly as a student or learner, you might find yourself interestingly occupied in each pavilion, requiring even more time to explore thoroughly.

The museum features several pavilions dedicated to specific periods or wars, such as the Canada-USA War, Early Colonial Wars and World Wars. Each pavilion offers an intriguing and fascinating experience.

The museum is well-connected with the public transport and enjoys a beautiful backdrop as well. Facilities like washrooms, seating areas and a collectibles shop are available on-site to assist your overall visit.

Un très beau musée. Vraiment super intéressant. On en apprend beaucoup et on en ressort plus instruit. C'est vraiment un bel endroit à visiter en famille. Tout le monde a aimé. Les tout petits comme les plus grands. La démonstration des véhicules était vraiment super! On a vu les véhicules de guerre en action, les tanks etc. Très bruyant mais vraiment très très impressionnant!! Je le recommande!

C'est un des plus beaux musées que j'ai découvert jusqu'à maintenant.
La richesse des photos, des objets, le détail des pièces qui sont très bien documentées rendent ce musée incontournable.
L'accès est facile.
Le parking intérieur est payant mais tellement pratique.
Il y a aussi des places de parking à l'extérieur du musée, payables en espèces.
Du parking intérieur, on peut accéder au musée par ascenseur ou escalier.
L'accueil est super, professionnel, courtois et bilingue.
Il y a des toilettes super propres et tout est bien affiché afin de rendre la visite agréable. La salle de la seconde guerre mondiale avec les armes, les tanks, les films, les témoignages, les bruits de tirs sont très bien faits.
Toutes les guerres y sont documentées.
Très intéressant, impressionnant.
Je retournerai dans ce musée car ça vaut le coup de le revoir.

Kanada savaş müzesi mimari yapısı ile dikkat çekici güzellikte. Ancak müze içerik itibariyle bana biraz zayıf geldi. Coğrafi avantajı sayesinde savaşta uzak kalan ülke katıldığı tüm savaşlara ait herşeyi burada sergiliyor. Emekli askerlerin tanıtıcı olarak kullanılması güzel düşünülmüş. Sadece kafeteryasını zayıf buldum. Gezmeye değer.

Kanada'nın savaş tarihi hakkında geniş bilgilerin paylaşıldığı bir müze. Kullanılan birçok silahın burada sergilenmesi benim için ayrıca bir artı oldu.
